What is opt out of training?

Choose, where offered, to stop specified content from being used to train an AI company’s models. This does not necessarily delete chats, stop storage, or turn off memory.

Also called Training opt-out, Model improvement, Improve the model for everyone.

For example: You change a training setting, then separately review saved chats and memory.
