What is upscaling?

Making an image or video larger in a way that aims to keep it looking clear. AI may invent extra detail, so a sharper picture isn’t necessarily more faithful to the original.

Also called AI upscaling, Super-resolution.

For example: An old family photo looks sharper after upscaling, but a face may look different.
